Commonsense From The Person Who Saved My Life

I Fat Bastardo had one foot in the grave about 4 years ago. Today I am healthy and free of diabetes and heart disease thanks to CG Brady.

FAT FACTS

by CG Brady

We can win the battle of the bulge!

The only thing that is going to reverse the obesity and gluttony epidemic is some common sense and honesty and an end to political correctness. We cannot depend on public health officials to fix this because it is not in their financial interest to do so. Obesity means $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ for them and the junk food industry. We need more people like MeMe standing up and telling the truth about the industry and the Americans who can't or won't stop digging themselves early graves with their knives, forks and spoons. They need to know the truth about nutrition and they need to know that their excuses are BS. Tough love!

The most the Basal Metabolic Rate can vary is in humans of the same age weight and gender is 35 calories per day. Human bodies cannot defy the immutable laws of physics.

The most weight a sedentary women can maintain on 2000 calories per day is 140 pounds.

These numbers represent a woman who sleeps 24 hour per day

Resting (basal) metabolic rate: 1344 calories per day
Typical daily activities: 604 calories per day (sleeping is an activity) Chemical processes occur when we sleep and they require energy/calories

Total calories burned: 1949 per day

Your BMR is approximately your current weight X 10. If you want a more accurate here is a free metabolic calculator http://www.stevenscreek.com/goodies/calories.shtml

If you eat at your BMR you will lose 1 pound per week per 100 pounds of body weight. That is IMO the most you can safely lose. Doctor may say other wise but again IMO many doctors are a menace who want to push junk like Medifast and weight loss surgery.

With the correct mind set and proper technique weight loss is not a chore. Marie Osmond is an example of that.

If Michelle Obama Gets Her Way: Why Ending Obesity Will Collapse the Economy

If Michelle Obama's Let's Move campaign continues to pick up steam economic chaos will ensue.

Let's start with food and look at the numbers.

75% of Americans are fat or obese and on average they eat more twice as much as the thinlings. This means that of all the food that is consumed by Americans over 90% is consumed by fatlings. If every American was a thinling food consumption would be reduced by close to half.

Gluttony is good for the economy. Food is 20% of the world's economy and 30% of the US GDP. An end to obesity will reduce the US GDP by 15%. A 15% reduction in the US GDP will throw the world economy into chaos and that's just food.

Many sectors will be affected. The Cascade Effect!

Let's start with the food industry. Fast food will be devastated. It's really hard to get fat without fast food. Meals will be smaller and so will the number of people going to fast food restaurants. Suppliers to the fast food  industry will lose 15% of their business. Because portions will be smaller and less customers will be served. This means less equipment like freezers, coolers, stoves, deep fryers, milk shake machined ect...

The ripple effect will continue...

Smaller cars and lighter loads will mean less petroleum consumed.

The biggest economic devastation will happen to the health care industry.

The multi-BILLION weight loss surgery industry will vanish like a fart in the wind. There will be 1000's of people in the bariatric industry out of work who will require retraining. More doctors going into other fields will drive prices down causing a deflationary spiral. In economicsdeflation is a decrease in the general price level of goods and services.

The multi-BILLION diet industry will also vanish like an all you can eat buffet at a NAAFA convention.

The diabetes industry DEVASTATED!

The sleep apnea industry DEVASTATED!

The power chair industry will be DEVASTATED!

Joint replacement industry DEVASTATED!

All the profitable co-morbid obesity related diseases will virtually vanish.

Because the biggest consumers of health care are fat and obese and 75% of the US population is fat or obese the entire health care industry will suffer a massive and insurmountable economic devastation.

Big Joe the largest man in the world 1903. American Police officer 2012.
Still not convinced? Ask yourself this. When was the economy best, in 1903 or now?

As Obesity Increases Crime Decreases!

Be a good citizen and EAT!

New Report Discussed in TIME

>PRWEB.COM Newswire
Vienna, VA (PRWEB) August 30, 2013

According to the latest publication of the “F as in Fat” public health report from the Trust for America’s Health and Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, a forty year old philanthropy devoted to health care concerns, obesity levels may be flattening out despite the fact that they are more dangerous than ever, says an article reviewing the report in TIME, entitled “The Good News and Bad Good News About Obesity: It’s No Longer Rising, But It’s More Dangerous FUN Than Ever,” (http://healthland.time.com/2013/08/16/the-good-and-bad-news-about-obesity-f-as-in-fat-obesity-is-no-longer-rising-but-its-more-dangerous-than-ever/), published August 16, 2013.

Obesity rates have been rising every year for several decades but the “F as in Fat” report shows that this is the first year in the last 30 that obesity rates have not increased. Yet, according to TIME’s article, they have reached a steady point at a dangerous level. In 2000, no state had more than 25% of its residents obese. Now, no state has less than 20% of its residents obese. The state with the lowest rate of obesity, Colorado, still has over 20% of its residents declared obese. Every other state in the study has even higher levels of obesity. Unfortunately, the study found that 13 states have levels of obesity that top 30%, according to TIME. In addition, rates of extreme obesity, which the “F as in Fat” report defines as individuals who have a BMI over 40, have increased 350%.

The study’s authors, however, believe that it may be possible to really change the obesity problem joy now that rates are finally reaching a stable point. According to the “F as in Fat” authors, quoted in the TIME article, “We honestly believe real and lasting progress is being made in the nation’s effort to turn back the obesity epidemic.”
