The Medical Holocaust

The following letter to the editor, local medical consumers and the local medical industry can best be described as a fact enema aimed at the anal apertures who comprise the American medical industry.

The leading cause of preventable death and injury in America is the medical industry. In addition to doctors, hospitals, pharmaceutical and medical device companies being the biggest killers of Americans they are also the biggest thieves. According to Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina 1/3 of what Americans spend on health care is waste and fraud. That number is actually low. It is probably more like 50%. Using the Blue Cross's numbers the actual dollar amount would be $750 billion in theft annually. That is more than what the US spends on national defense.

The Affordable Care Act aka Obama Care now mandates that all Americans buy health insurance that only infuses more money into the most corrupt and dangerous industry in the history of mankind. Obamacare is a giveway that by 2020 will make health care 25% of the US GDP. They world average currently is 6% of a country's GDP.

Medical errors alone kill at least 440,000 Americans each year. Now comes a study in the current issue of the Journal of Patient Safety and NPR that says the numbers may be correct between 210,000 and 440,000 patients each year who go to the hospital for care suffer some type of preventable harm that contributes to their death. This is based on what gets reported. How Many Die From Medical Mistakes In U.S. Hospitals?  (Google it.)

Nosocomial infections aka health care acquired infections are another cause of preventable death and injury. Estimates range from 1 in 9 hospital patients to 1 in 25 hospital patients who contract an infection. Many states don't report and that accounts for the wide range of numbers. Hospital acquired infections are 100% preventable but they increase profits. Doctors have so misused antibiotics that they have created many resistant super bugs.  (Google it.)

The companies that face the largest CRIMINAL fines are the drug companies. In 2012 GlaxoSmith was fined $3 billion in criminal fines but of course nobody was prosecuted or even arrested. (Google it.)

Dr Oz is a known prolific liar and Senator Claire McCaskill in a senate hearing told him as much. (Google it.) HLN's Doctor Drew accepted $275,000 illegal kickbacks from Glaxo Smith Kline and $125,000 from Janson Pharmaceuticals to promote the dangerous drug Welbutrin for off label use.  (Google it.) Fox's Dr Keith Ablow should be put in a cage.

Your doctors is a bribe taker. Most doctors are bribe takers. They take at least $3.5 billion in monetary bribes alone. Google "doctor kickbacks" and you will see that the doctor industry is rife with criminal misconduct. If your think your doctor is not a bribe taker think again. On a regular bases shills aka sale reps from the drug companies bring doctors and their often anti social staffs expensive breakfasts and lunches. This may explain why so most of them are overweight and obese. Many medical conventions that MDs attend for their continuing educations units are sponsored by the big pharma and very little education actually takes place. It's party time for your doctor.

Google this. Type in the words "doctors are" into Google, Bing, Yahoo or any other search engine and see what suggestions you get. Then place a letter after the words, "doctors are" and see what you get. I say this to the people who are inclined to make the fact free declaration, "Most doctors are good and there are only a few bad apples" To them I would ask, If most doctors are "good" then why do we have the most corrupt, deadly and most expensive health care in the industrialized world? Let it suffice to say that most Americans have as much disdain for doctors as the do for members of congress. I would go so far to say to the doctors and their apologists that American medical doctors and their industry are more evil than ISIS because the nut jobs in ISIS actually believe what they are doing is what their Koran expects of them. The medical industry knows that what they are doing is wrong and completely immoral but they have no problem continuing their greedy exploitation of disease and human suffering. If I were God sitting in judgment of ISIS and the members of the American industry I would give ISIS members a few centuries in purgatory to prepare them for Heaven but I would see the souls of American MDs and their industry puppeteers beyond redemption and I would with the same lack of  remorse they have, while sending them to hell for all eternity. I sure hope that there is a just god that's his the plan. For now I would like to sit on the edge of creation and drop fact filled turds on them to prepare them for eternal torment.

A PMDD Rant

As my readers know the only thing a despise more than fat feminists are doctors and I hate doctors a lot more than the feminists. To say that doctors suck would be an understatement. Feminists can be annoying but at least they are fun to torment. Doctors are not only annoying arrogant pieces of shit they are dangerous and downright evil

Premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) is a severe form of premenstrual syndrome affecting 3–8% of women. It is a diagnosis associated primarily with the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle, comprising a "cluster of affective, behavioral and somatic symptoms"

The medical industry doesn't know what causes PMDD and they probably don't want to know because knowing the cause may lead to a cure and the slimy medical industry hates cures.

In the video below this lovely thinling is suffering from PMDD Pre Menstrual Dysphoric Disorder  which is a bullshit term for the way women act and feel during certain times in they monthly cycles. It is far worse than PMS and doctors, being the money grubbing ignorant trash that they are really don't know how to effectively treat it let alone cure it. As you know, doctors don't want to cure anything because the money is not in the cure; the money is in the cruel and greedy management of disease and if you don't believe that is true ask your self this question. What has medical science (oxymoron) cured in my lifetime.

The title of this video is Most Doctors Suck but I would have titled it Nearly All American Doctors Suck and They Should be Thrown Into Cages, Poked With a Sharp Stick With Dog Shit On It and Then Set On Fire, Video Recorded and Put On Youtube For All the World to See.

Google the words Doctors Are. Here is what I got... http://gastricbypasskills.blogspot.com/2015/02/doctors-are.html Click the link or again, simply google or Bing the words "doctor are". You will see that you are not alone. The only people who don't hate doctors are assholes.

TREATMENT:

As per usual the criminal medical industry drugs up sufferers of PMDD and like with everything else these days the drug of choice is Paxil or some other deadly SSRI drug.

Related: PROMISING NATURAL CURE FOR PMDD CLICK HERE

From wikipedia... Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) have emerged as first-line therapy.[4] Unlike treatments for other depressive disorders, SSRIs do not need to be taken daily but instead can be taken only in the luteal phase or for the duration of PMDD symptoms.[3] The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved four SSRIs for the treatment of PMDD: Fluoxetine (available as generic or as Prozac or Sarafem), sertraline (Zoloft), paroxetine (Paxil) and escitalopram oxalate (Lexapro).[medical citation needed]
Hormonal birth control containing drospirenone and low levels of estrogen helps relieve severe PMDD symptoms, for at least the first three months it is used.[11]
There is some evidence that vitamin B6 can alleviate symptoms, but studies are of poor quality.[12]

Medical Error In America

Medical Error Statistics

Alarming Trend: Medical Errors Have Increased in the U.S.

A new editorial in The Lancet medical journal cites staggering statistics that medical errors now occur in as many one-third of all U.S. hospitalizations.
The editors present other attention-getting statistics from several scientific studies establishing that medical errors remain a serious problem in the U.S. and appear to have increased over the last 10 years, despite national attention called to this problem.
The Lancet editors ask, “Why?” And, they make some suggestions that should well be considered by medical professionals, patients and caregivers, and policy makers in the U.S.

Keep in mind that 120,000 deaths from medical errors each year is based only on what gets reported. Most deaths from medical errors get covered up. Doctors are clever liars.

The Alarming Statistics:
The editorial, entitled, “Medical errors in the USA: human or systemic?“, appears in the April 16, 2011 Issue of The Lancet. It cites and describes the findings of several published studies on medical errors in the U.S. by recognized U.S. scientific and professional sources. Among them are the following:
  • The US Institute of Medicine’s 1999 report, To Err is Human: Building a Safer Health System, estimated that avoidable medical errors contributed annually to 44,000—98,000 deaths in US hospitals. Hospital errors were reported to constitute the eighth leading cause of death nationally, accounting for more U.S. deaths than breast cancer, AIDS, and motor-vehicle accidents. This drew national attention to the problem.
  • Yet, more than 10 years later, the problem of medical errors remains and seems to have increased. A new study reported in the April, 2011 issue of Health Affairs, found that by one measure, medical errors occur in as many as one-third of hospital admissions in the U.S., and may be ten times greater than previously measured. “The most common are medication errors, followed by surgical errors, procedure errors, and nosocomial infections,” according to The Lancet’s review of the study.
  • The study, conducted by scientists and professionals at three leading U.S. medical schools as well as at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, compared three different methods commonly used for measuring “adverse events” in hospitals: (i) voluntary reporting, (ii) the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality’s Patient Safety Indicators (which rely on automated review of discharge codes to detect adverse events), and (iii) the Global Trigger Tool pioneered by the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (based upon independent review of medical charts, with follow up investigation where indicated).

The study found that this third method measured at least ten times more confirmed serious medical errors than did the other two methods. As observed by The Lancet’s editorial, “This finding suggests that the two currently used methods for detecting medical errors in the USA are unreliable, underestimate the real burden, and also risk misdirection of present efforts to improve patient safety.”
  •
  • A study reported in the November 25, 2010 issue of the New England Journal of Medicine, also confirmed that medical errors in U.S. hospitals are a serious problem. The study, conducted by lead author Christopher Landrigan, M.D., M.P.H. of the Department of Medicine, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Boston, Massachusetts, and a group of doctors from Harvard Medical School, Standford University School of Medicine, and the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, reported that even in places where local governments have made efforts to improve safety of inpatient care, such as in hospitals in North Carolina, the high rate of detected medical errors did not change over a 5-year period between 2002 and 2007.
  • A November, 2010, document from the Office of the Inspector General of the Department of Health and Human Services reported that one in seven Medicare beneficiaries have complications from medical errors when hospitalized, and that these medical errors contribute to about 180,000 deaths of patients per year.
  • A study by Jill Van Den Bos and other professionals of Milliman’s Denver Health practice reported in the April, 2011 Issue of Health Affairs found that the measurable cost of US medical errors amounted to US $17.1 Billion in 2008 (0.72% of the $2.39 trillion spent on health care that year). Ten types of error accounted for more than two-thirds of the total cost of medical errors. The top two most costly medical errors are postoperative infections and pressure ulcers. The three most common medical errors were pressure ulcers, post-operative infections, and postlaminectomy syndrome.
  • Another study, conducted by John Goodman and associates of the National Center for Policy Analysis in Dallas, TX and also reported in the April, 2011 Issue of Health Affairs, reported that medical errors cause as many as 187,000 deaths in hospitals each year, and 6.1 million injuries, both in and out of hospitals in the U.S. This study estimated that the social costs, in lives lost and disabilities caused, from these medical errors amounted to between $393 Billion to $958 Billion in 2006, equivalent to 18% to 45% of total US health-care spending in that year. These authors recommended as a possible solution that patients should be “offered voluntary, no-fault insurance prior to treatment or surgery [so that they] would be compensated if they suffered an adverse event—regardless of the cause of their misfortune—and providers would have economic incentives to reduce the number of such events.”

Nursing Home Abuse

One-third of Nursing Home Patients Suffer From Medical Errors

Medicare patients suffer from widespread medical mistakes at nursing homes

One-third of all Medicare patients treated at skilled nursing facilities suffered some form of harm from medication errors, medical mistakes or infections, according to a government investigation that raises red flags about the quality of America’s health care as the industry transitions to Obamacare.
The investigation by the Department of Health and Human Services inspector general found that 59 percent of the adverse patient events were preventable and that more than half required patients to be admitted to care at a hospital or other facility.

Numerous patients — about 1.5 percent of those exposed to harm — died as a result of the mistakes, the report found.
The adverse events are harmful to taxpayers as well, costing an estimated $2.8 billion a year in additional hospitalizations, the report found.
Nursing homes are the most common type of skilled nursing facilities or SNFs, which are a growing part of America’s medical system as the baby-boomer generation ages. President Obama’s health care law envisions them continuing to play an important role going forward, raising the stakes for the problems unmasked in the investigation.

“Because many of the events that we identified were preventable, our study confirms the need and opportunity for SNFs to significantly reduce the incidence of resident-harm events,” the inspector general concluded.
Investigators said 22 percent of Medicare patients developed serious medical problems as a result of their stay, many of which required hospitalization to treat.
The most common mistake investigators found had to do with medication, usually with nursing staff giving patients the wrong kind or wrong dosages, or patients having an allergic reaction to the meds.
Medicare, one of the largest government programs in terms of spending, has often drawn criticism from Capitol Hill lawmakers who say the program isn’t doing enough to combat waste or isn’t transparent.
“Taxpayers have a right to see how their dollars are being spent,” said Sen. Chuck Grassley, Iowa Republican, a leading advocate for spending reform, last year. “There shouldn’t be a special exception for hard-earned dollars that happen to be spent through Medicare.”
Sen. Bill Nelson, Florida Democrat, said at a committee hearing last year that the government must be mindful of the cost of the program and how much mistakes can not only hurt patients, but cost taxpayers.
“As more and more baby boomers retire and health care costs continue to rise, Medicare spending could reach $1 trillion by 2023,” he said.  “Reducing hospital readmissions will not only save the Medicare program billions, it will save beneficiaries from potential infection and further out-of-pocket expense.”
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) said they are compiling lists of the most common medical mistakes, and preparing better training for doctors on how to avoid the mishaps.
“CMS fully concurs with [the inspector general] on the importance of identifying avoidable adverse events among nursing-home residents and improving the quality of life and care for nursing-home residents,” a response from the agency said.
The Affordable Care Act, or Obamacare, will require nursing homes and similar facilities to report their safety records to federal watchdogs. The inspector general said it’s too soon to tell if this will have a noticeable impact on reducing medical mistakes.
In addition to the harm done to patients, inspectors said, the mistakes were a large financial burden on Medicare for having to pay for hospital treatment.
“Most of these residents died at hospitals rather than in the SNFs where the harm occurred, having been transferred back to the hospitals for higher-level treatment as a result of the event,” the inspector general said.

Hospital trips owning to mistakes by medical staff cost taxpayers $2.8 billion in a single year, according to the report. But, the inspector general warned, “the full costs associated with these events are likely greater than our estimate.”

Nazis vs Doctors

It's hard to put an exact number on how much wealth the Nazis stole from the Jews before they killed them but it was a huge number. Essentially the Nazis stole from the Jews and then maimed and killed them. All told the Nazis killed at least 6 million of them. A lot of politically correct people like to say that Hitler killed 6 million Jews. He didn't. Germans and Catholic priests of the Ustase killed the 6 million Jews along with Gypsies and homosexuals. The death toll exceeded 6 million from 1938 to 1945 totaling 7 years of carnage.

The carnage caused by the US medical industry has that beat. The Nazis, fascists and the Ustase combined killed slightly less than a million a year. Death on that scale is called a holocaust. The American medical industrial complex kills over 1 million people per year that that figure is based on what gets reported as medical industry induced death. When it comes to preventable deaths the medical industrial complex kills more Americans than smoking and gluttony combined. The medical industry's doctors alone are the third leading cause of preventable deaths and once again, that is based on what gets reported. To put that into perspective guns kill around 50,000 Americans each year and most of those deaths are accidental shootings and suicides. There are about 100 million gun owners in the US and only 700,000 doctors.

Click Here for unbiased gun facts.

Not even the most brazen gun nut will argue that we have too many gun deaths and that preventing gun deaths of all kinds is a good thing. Unfortunately not too many doctors really give a shit that they are killing people at a higher rate than the Nazis did.  Wayne Lapierre nut job than he is and his NRA is doing more to prevent gun deaths than the medical industry and its doctors are doing to prevent medical deaths.

The Piety and the Hypocrisy of it Astounds

Every few months some nut with a gun shoots up a school or a mall and the simple minded knee jerk reaction from the left starts and then come the equally stupid reactions from the right starts and in the end there is a stalemate and in a month or so another nut with a gun goes on a shooting rampage. The corporate media foams at the mouth and the talking heads spew the same tired bullshit, lefties and righties try to score political points and nothing gets down.

In every shooting massacre there is a common thread... prescription psychiatric medications which include the deadly SSRI drugs, psycho stimulants, Chantix, Lunesta and Ambien ect... Somehow the media never mentions the drug connection.

Related: Medical Care In the US is the Deadliest

The fact is there are far less gun owners now than there were 40 years ago. There are million more people on psychiatric medications and now there are gun massacres every few months but for greed some reason the news media won't point out those facts. They also won't point out that we have been in a medical holocaust for the past 40 years and that the death toll caused by the medical industrial complex and its flunky doctors have killed more people than, Stalin's Hitler's Mao's purges combined.

It wasnot due to pharmaceutical drugs or other medical interventions.

Let's Talk Costs

Nobody in Washington gives a shit about the human costs. It's all about money to them but if you Google "Let's Talk Costs Blue Cross Blue Shield" you find that the medical industry steals 1/3 of every dollar Americans pay for health that through waste and fraud. Waste is fraud. And this is based on what waste and fraud gets reported. That 1/3 figure comes to $750 BILLION per year. That's more than we spend on national defense.

Conclusion: The American Medical Industrial Complex kills and steals more than Hitler's Nazis.

If you are too lazy to fact check me here's a start.

Medical errors kill enough people to fill four jumbo jets a week." says The Wall Street Journal

"200,000 to 400,000 deaths per year from preventable harm in hospitals" reports "A New, Evidence-based Estimate of Patient Harms Associated with Hospital Care" published in the Journal of Patient Safety September 2013.

"It seems that every time researchers estimate how often a medical mistake contributes to a hospital patient's death, the numbers come out worse." laments Scientific American Yet, with the notable exceptions of The Wall Street Journal, Scientific American and a tiny handful of other sources, the Main Stream Media is silent on this critical issue.

"When there is a plane crash in the U.S., even a minor one, it makes headlines. There is a thorough federal investigation, and the tragedy often yields important lessons for the aviation industry. Pilots and airlines thus learn how to do their jobs more safely.

The world of American medicine is far deadlier: Medical mistakes kill enough people each week to fill four jumbo jets. But these mistakes go largely unnoticed by the world at large, and the medical community rarely learns from them." The WSJ goes to the say in their excellent article titled "How to Stop Hospitals From Killing Us."

With 200,000 - 400,000 deaths per annum Medical Errors are now the 3rd leading cause of death right behind Heart disease with 597,689 deaths per annum and Cancer with 574,743 deaths per annum.

But the CDC does not even mention Medical Errors in their report on the leading causes of death

Doesn't the CDC have a responsibility to tell you that occasionally seeking conventional medical treatment will kill you faster than driving your car (34,080 deaths by auto accident 2102), day in and day out every day of your life?

Why the cover up?
